A Rose By Any Other Name...

I just ran across another good name for the "Crap and Trade" bill. The bill is often called the Waxman-Markey bill after its two main sponsors. One website has dubbed it the "Wacky-Malarkey" bill. Kinda has a certain ring to it, doesn't it?
