Obama Hasn't Attended Church

A blog I read yesterday berated Tele-prompter Obama for having not attended any church service since the day of the election.

In and of itself, I don't see that as a big deal.

What is a big deal is the ongoing lies and deceit this represents. Obama made a huge deal of his "faith" (though he couldn't keep straight whether he was a Christian or a Muslim) before the election.  He also made a point of saying that once elected, he wanted to find a church in D.C. as soon as possible and become a part of the community of faith there.

He lied, of course.

I must point out, however, that it's probably better that Obama doesn't attend a church rather than go to another church like his so-called church in Chicago that was essentially a weekly anti-American rally.

I suspect the reason he hasn't even looked for a church at this point has more to do with his disinterest in faith in general than anything else. There's nothing wrong with being uninterested in faith.  Ronald Reagan, while he expressed a belief in God, was not especially religious. And he was the greatest president of the last 100 years. He also seldom attended church in Washington, although he said it was because of the disruption it would cause to the congregation.  That certainly may have played a role.

Obama's faith is all show.  He needed a Christian faith as a backdrop for his campaign to counter what he knew would be a huge negative - his muslim heritage.

This all goes back to political corruption and the Chicago machine.  Do whatever it takes to get power. Then wield the power as much as you can.

Watch out when census time comes.

What are you surprised at this.

No surprise at all. I'm sure Michelle convinced him he needed to join a "christian" church to help further his political career. What is surprising is that any Christian could vote for someone who attended a church like the one he did.
