Biden: Everyone Was Wrong

VP Joe "Foot-in-mouth" Biden said yesterday that "everyone guessed wrong" on the impact of the economic stimulus. Of course, he still defended the administration's spending spree.

Everyone?

I suppose we should just ignore all the people (most of us who read this blog, included) who did not guess wrong about the Generational Theft Act.

Biden said that inaccuracies in unemployment predictions shouldn't undercut the White House's support of the $787 Billion Shopping Spree. Instead, the VP argued that "jobs are being created that would not have been there before."

Can you be more specific? Nobody in the Administration has been able to point to a specific job created or not lost. Just generalities. Meanwhile, unemployment numbers are rising to rates previously enjoyed only by Europeans.

EDIT:  After I wrote this entry, I was reminded about dire warnings by our Dear Leader:  "We can't afford to get this wrong."  (You got that right.)  "We are on the verge of economic collapse."  Etc.

Bonus points for added warnings about "Getting it right."

But we're supposed to trust them from here on out?

You are right, most of us predicted this long ago.

They deliberately put an act forward that nobody voting on it read (not that they read what they vote on anyway) for the purpose of spreading $800 billion in pork around the country. This was done to buy votes and reward political parasites.

(the inspector general was fired last week for finding fraud)

Saying that they (the Democratic leadership) didn't know what they were doing would be like Herman Goring telling us that he didn't know what Hitler was up to. It simply doesn't wash.

Methinks the king is naked...why is it that we can see the utter stupidity of the "Generational Theft Act" (I like that) but nobody else seems to notice? It's not rocket science!
