Guess Who Might Be Left Out on the Fourth Of July

When the Iranian people started protesting in the streets against a stolen election, the Republican reaction was quite naturally to speak out in favor of the people who wanted freedom.

Obama on the other hand, said nothing; then gave a timid statement; then finally, at long last, after pretty much everyone else in the country had come forward, timidly said a few words on behalf of the protesters who were being murdered in the streets. When Obama was asked why he was changing his tune, he lied through his teeth and claimed there had been no change at all. What a hero. What a man's man.

Well, now it seems that Dear Leader is pulling out the big guns on the America Hating Regime that is slaughtering its own people in the streets (while he buys ice cream for his dog and yucks it up with Tony Hawk in the White House.)

"The Obama administration is seriously considering not extending invitations to Iranian diplomats for July 4 celebrations overseas, senior administration officials tell CNN. The officials said intense discussions on the issue were taking place, but the final decision has not been made."

What? You mean if they don't knock it off, Obama might not invite the Mullahs over for hot dogs? I never thought he'd go so far! Next thing you know, Obama may cancel their invitations to the White House Christmas party! Well, I guess all of us who thought that Obama is a wimp who cozies up to tyrants have egg all over our faces now, don't we?

"Brave Sir Obama ran away.
Bravely ran away, away!
When danger reared its ugly head,
He bravely turned his tail and fled.
Yes, brave Sir Obama turned about
And gallantly he chickened out.
Bravely taking to his feet
He beat a very brave retreat,
Bravest of the brave, Sir Obama!"

I have not been the happiest with Obama's foreign policy. I didn't like Bush's, but neither do I like Obama's. They were too extreme.

Oh yes, I find great comfort in the fact that our dear leader has rescinded the invite for hot dogs and fireworks.
